Ausführung
Qualitätssägeband MADE IN AUSTRIA für alle Metalle bis zu einer Zugfestigkeit von 1400 N/mm2 sowie für Aluminium und spanbare Kunststoffe. Dieses M42 Bimetall-Sägeband ist sowohl für Einzelschnitte, als auch für Bündelschnitte oder Lagenschnitte einsetzbar. Durch bewährte und kontinuierlich optimierte Zahnformen und Schränkungsmuster sehr robust, präzise und äusserst flexibel einsetzbar. Häufige Materialwechsel und nicht immer optimale Parameter sind für das Speedcut M42 kein Problem.

Verwendung
Besonders geeignet für Baustahl, sowie für Vergütungsstahl, Kalt- und Warmarbeitsstahl, sowie Guss. Bedingt geeignet für rostfreie Stähle.

Einsatzempfehlung
Optimal 10-30 Zähne im Material (nicht weniger als 3 und nicht mehr als 40 Zähne).
